401.3 Thats Bait!

Going with the "bait" from yoko, and controversy and challenging art here is my 7 minute idea... The "hook" and message could be changed though, so that it can be kept up to date (though it would probably only work once or twice... it would get stale after that)

Have a digital billboard and camera, with bulletproof glass.

It has a black screen with "Smiling is the GAYEST thing you can do" or some phrase that is impactful, controversial, and potentially inflammatory.

Fade to a picture of the observer, then an AI filter makes them smile, a flash and takes a still frame captioned with rainbows, and "Happy Pride".

Potentially, print a polaroid.

Then

"Love yourself - Leave a comment"

with a QR Code.
